The 2023 rendition of George Brant’s harrowing tale, Elephant’s Graveyard was the first show I was a part of that was directed by a guest, Sonoko Fukohara. Being a part of a ensemble that would bring to life Mary the Elephant, it was the first role that required no words but all physicality.
